What exactly does the Installation Guarantee cover?
It covers any fault caused by our workmanship from cabling and mounting to roof penetrations and electrical connections. If it's on us, we fix it and reimburse your electricity bill until it's resolved.
How long does the guarantee last?
It runs alongside your 10-year workmanship warranty, so you're covered for the long haul, not just the first few months.
What do I need to do if something goes wrong?
Just contact our team. We'll book an inspection, confirm the cause, and if it's our workmanship, get it repaired and reimburse your bills while your system is offline.
Is storm or weather damage included?
No storm damage, floods, lightning and other weather events sit outside the guarantee. We can point you toward your home or system insurer for those.
Does this replace my manufacturer's warranty?
No, the two work side by side. Manufacturer faults are handled directly with the manufacturer; our guarantee covers our installation work specifically.
How will I be reimbursed for my electricity bill?
Our team calculates what you would have offset with your system running and reimburses that amount directly, for the period it was offline.
What if someone else worked on my system?
The guarantee applies to work carried out by Lenergy. Damage caused by other trades or unauthorised modifications isn't included.
