IP65 as a minimum, IP66 preferred, for anything installed outdoors near the coast. IP66 gives you full dust protection and resistance to powerful water jets.

If your property sits in a direct sea spray zone, also look for C5-M anti-corrosion certification, which is the highest industrial rating for corrosive environments.
